The Arrival Of Our Grandson!!!

He's here! Erica and Scott are the proud parents of Hayden Michael. He arrived into this world today, December 21st at 1:35 p.m. He weighed in at 7 lbs 4 oz and was 20 inches long. He is a beautiful healthy baby boy. God is so awesome! Here are some photos to share. As you can tell he is not shy of the camera. This is the best Christmas ever! The day seemed long but well worth waiting for his arrival. Kathy brought her homemade cookies which we nibbled on while we waited for Hayden to arrive. Thank you Kathy.

St. Louis Snipers

Ben you made it! A dream come true. Congratulations on making the St. Louis Snipers AAA Team! We are happy for you and proud of you. Thanks to you also, as we are now shooting some action shots for PIHA (Professional Inline Hockey Association). Good Luck in your upcoming games! Go Snipers!

Rain at Night

Ever since I was a young girl, I've been fascinated by the way stop lights (and other light sources) reflect on asphalt during rainy nights. When I began developing my passion for photography, I soon realized how much I wanted to capture this with a camera. I had never actually done it until this past week. It had been a long day with a ton of activity and I was tired, but I realized that I needed to sacrifice a little sleep to get out there and make my dream of so many years a reality. I'm sure I'll do it again to create a different effect, but here are some of my favorites from this trip.

Erica and Scott

Our latest package is a “Maternity Package”. We feel it is a great time to capture one of life’s most precious moments. We can do this session in our home studio, the couple’s home, or even outdoors. Our first client just happens to be the parents of our soon to be grandson. Erica and Scott are expecting their first child, December 23rd. So you can imagine, things are exciting now as we wonder each day when he’ll decide to come, before or after Christmas. We will keep you all posted on his arrival.... you know he won’t have a chance to be camera shy with us around.

Baby Madline

This year we (Lawing Photography) started a requested package. We call it “Baby’s First Year”. We go into the baby’s home five times - one week after birth, and then at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Madeline Claire was born to Meredith and Eric, September 1, 2007. Their first baby and our first baby package. She is a tiny, petite, beautiful baby girl.





At her 3 month sitting, they decided on pictures for Christmas time. Who wouldn’t want a baby for a Christmas gift? How she has changed in three months. She was full of smiles and quite alert. We are looking forward to photographing her at 6 months.

Mount Family

Two weeks after John photographed Janelle and Matt’s engagement pictures, her Mom called and wanted to do a family session. She just loved their pictures. “Incredible” was her response when she saw the family photos. She can’t wait to see Janelle and Matt’s wedding pictures. The wedding will be 6.7.8. A date Matt should not forget.

Terrell Family

It had been a couple of years since the Terrell’s had taken a family photo. Judy, Scott, Christian, and Casey went to Laumier Park. November 17th was a warm Saturday afternoon. Never did they imagine for being so late in the season such mild temperature and beautiful Fall colors. St. Louis is a great place to live! It was quite obvious whose best buddy Casey was.

Senior

Nikki attends Timberland High School in Wentzeville and after graduating in 08 plans to go to nursing school. As you can see, she was very photogenic and comfortable in front of the camera. Nikki, Wishing you success in your career.
